Refund Policy
A reading that bought nothing
If a reading is taken off your account and nothing at all is written, it is put straight back, automatically, and the account activity list shows the return. You do not have to ask.
Used readings and questions
A reading is spent the moment it is written, and extra questions the moment they are answered. A reading that was written, and a question that was answered, are the product, and they are not refundable.
Purchases that never landed
If a payment was charged and nothing appeared on your account or at your table, write to us with the Stripe receipt and it is refunded in full. If you bought a pack by mistake and have not used any of it, write within 14 days and we will refund it.
Plans
Monthly plans are no longer sold, and nothing recurs. Any charge from a plan taken out earlier - a renewal, or one taken twice - is refunded in full; write to us with the receipt.
How to ask
Write to hello@fategarden.com from the address on the account, with the Stripe receipt or the date and amount. We answer within a few days, and refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation right you have by law where you live.
